THIS ESTIMATE AND ALL TECHNICAL DETAILS WILL BE EVALUATED AFTER ON-SITE MEASUREMENTS. Any differences between the provided dimensions and the actual dimensions measured on-site may result in changes in the final price of the project. The quoted price includes templating, fabrication, delivery, installation, and sealing of the countertop unless requested otherwise. Faucets are required at the time of measuring. Up to X faucet hole drillings are included if done in our shop; a $XX fee applies for additional holes or for holes drilled at the customer site. Faucet hole drillings larger than X X/X inches are $XX per hole. Wire/Grommet holes are $XX per hole. There is an additional $XX fee for large (more than XX in.) or double-bowl undermount sink cutouts. The price does not include the removal of existing countertops. We can remove existing Formica, Corian, Silestone, and Granite countertops for an additional cost (please ask management for pricing). We do not engage in any electrical, plumbing, carpentry, caulking, or tile work. Prices are valid for ground floor installations only, unless otherwise specified. This quote is valid for stones sourced from and fabricated at the Alexander Counterwrights, LLC facility listed in the header. On-site measurements are final—no changes can be made to the cabinet size or layout once our technician creates the templates. Even if we measure for sills, saddles, etc., Alexander Counterwrights does not install these types of pieces. We do not install any stone that will butt directly against any mirrors. The buyer assumes full financial responsibility for the fabrication of a replacement top if the original countertop does not fit due to changes in cabinet placement or any other dimension alterations requested by the buyer after templating. Cabinets must be fully leveled. A XX% DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED AT TEMPLATING time and the remaining balance is due no later than the date of installation in the form of a certified check. We do not accept credit cards. If the deposit is paid with a personal or business check, there will be an extra wait time of X business days before the manufacturing process begins. If the customer cancels or abandons the project after it has been templated, a cancellation fee of $XX is payable immediately. Once the final price of the project is confirmed and we proceed with cutting, no cancellations can be made and the deposit becomes non-refundable. Please call us the day after the templates are created to confirm the final price and schedule the installation date. It is the client's responsibility to prepare a safe and easy access pathway to the installation area. Final slab selection can only be done between Monday and Friday from XX:XX am to XX:XX pm. Children under the age of XX are not permitted in our yards or warehouses due to insurance and safety regulations. If applicable, free sink offers are valid only with the purchase of a kitchen countertop or vanity top (excluding shelves, etc.). There is an extra charge of $XX + tax for white vanity sinks. The sink must be used in the project and installed by Alexander Counterwrights, LLC. No refunds or discounts are given for not using this offer. Prices are valid for XX days.
